Last heard from SA is 650 to 680k. IMO, may be the first row is less than 700k to test market only. Dun think IOI will price it below 700k for 22 x 80, not like IOI style

Just visit their website, link house from 680k onwards. Let say this is bumi price or the unit beside TNB, I think the standard intermediate will be 720k onwards. The apartment is 330k onward la, only 30k extra from the original

This is similar strategic used by mahsing, for southville, at first 2 storey then 2.5 storey with 750k price tag, and final is 890k. However they might not purposely do it coz their pricing strategy follow the market trend. 1-2 years gap really make alot of difference to the market

Bangi ioi just few mins distance from Nilai, in fact is just beside if u see from google map. Em..... can flip if bought at 750k? Flip at 900k to 1mil after 2 years? Wondering the market can be so bullish

There are few recent launches at southern corridor, no need to wait this unsincere dedeveloper product la. IOI ended up maybe lauch at 800k for DS, hehe

by the way the layout of dsl is good

The website showing 360k for apartment and 700k onwards for link house, i guess it means the standard intermediate for public non bumi shld be 735k onward

728 k is expected as their link house is 22 x 80 with 2700 + sq ft, which is equivalent to 270 per ft2, layout also good with F& G

700k for 22 x 80 seems ok wor, pricing wise is the cheapest compare with the recent launches in Kajang and semenyih, few minits away from southville mahsing, can consider for own stay la, flip a bit tough

thanks for sharing. will go there 6c6c. The layout is pretty standard, however this round the master bedroom has been emphasized rather than liviig & dining

Between merrydale of EM and this one, which is more worth to buy? I think both also is good product depend where is nearer to your family (typical chinese mindset). However in long run, which can appreciate higher and faster?

how about kajang height of tropicana compare with the above 2?
