I Guess I've been blocked by MBB for AMEX Transaction.
Yesterday I wanted to make a paypal payment to a lelong seller,
But the transaction did not go through.
I thot there is paypal problem, then i keep retry but the transaction did not go through as well.

I try to link my master card to the paypal account, and the transaction is able to go through and charged to my master card.

I believe that mbb amex is get blocked.
I will call to confirm with maybank later.

amex-linked paypal doesnt accept MYR transaction.

i tried it for GSC epayment. stated accept Paypal, but wont work if linked to Amex. worked with Visa (my case).

which means any transactions using paypal linked to amex wont accept MYR? like if i wanna pay GROUPON/MYDEAL (malaysia site) also cant go through??

if want to buy groupon, just buy directly with your amex since they accept amex payment. have been doing it since they accept amex.

MBB will block the transaction from Paypal.
So if you wanted to make the payment thru Paypal (Linked with amex),
you need to make the attempt, and it will fail (as blocked by mbb),
and then you need to immediately call to mbb and ask them to allow the transaction.

You can ask the CS to help you to allow the Line for the period you want. (Exp: 3 months)

seems like Amex on agoda also blocked, hv to call in for temporarily green light to make transaction

choose the item you want to buy in groupon, upon checking out, just key in your amex cc.
