According to T&C, can use malaysia issued CC  but only for hotels in 3 countries

which means any transactions using paypal linked to amex wont accept MYR? like if i wanna pay GROUPON/MYDEAL (malaysia site) also cant go through??     

how you do that transaction?i've already link my amex into paypal..but still can't make payment.   
any step/guidance??

Last time I have tries the auto reload and it is unsuccessful that  posting date flowed on weekday.

However, I have accidentally auto reload on last Sunday and surprisingly that the posting and statement date are on the same day which is weekends (16/2/2014). 

No idea how they process it since first time was unsuccessful but second time was success.
