there is 3 distributor in malaysia , all damm expensive the cheapest i saw was
www.rsmalaysia.com

    *  1+        * MYR85.70
    * 15+      * MYR70.50
    * 25+      * MYR62.80
    * 50+      * MYR53.40
    * 100+    * MYR49.00

this is for the blue colored one

search manufacturer part no MP1001 at their site
*
Aha still expensive ehh, likewise all other stuff. This kind of nice shiny switch is vandal resistant type, the ones you would find in lifts. One problem is they're probably all momentary-on, turns back off once you lift your finger.

But if its ok for your application (power and reset switch, also momentary-on), here's some cheaper ones from RS:
314-9300 - non-illuminated - RM47
278-1149 - RM37

What about key switches drool.gif , start your rigs like a car...
319-786 - RM27.90

BTW, other than RS or Farnell, whats the other distributor?

I think I may be able to get those switches.
There's a Bulgin connector distributor in Singapore, and last time I was asking for those waterproof connector for an Underwater Robot.

Please tell me a minimum quote.
I'll email them straightaway!

Hope I can help.
Do wait for my post if anything good happens!

I don't see why you all dislike the fact that it's a momentary switch, as it works perfectly fine just like any other switch, and I've tested it on both a DFI Lanparty NF3 and Asus A8N-SLi motherboard.

Err.. not much of a website they have there... huh? sweat.gif
Anyway, if possible, maybe you can inquire for a quotation for orders in 10, 50 & 100 pieces. This way, we might be able to have a rough idea of what prices we are looking at per/quantity biggrin.gif

Dude, maybe he doesn't intend to use them as PC power switches? If you're going to control a CCFL or some other electronics that require a latching power switch, then he's on the right track I supposed. sweat.gif icon_rolleyes.gif

Simple reason: Because I dont intend to use it as a power or reset switch. Otherwise the other option is to make a relay circuit to control the On/off sequence fed by the momentary switch.

THey asked for a minimum quote.
Since pricing varies with quote quantity.
So asked them in turns of 20,50 or 100.
Do wait for the news!
