hehe, mine is free, SA generous enough( and also my family bought and intro quite a lot business for him d ) to give me this for free, IMO, best car lock i've used so far, not a pain of sight and easy, just pull and lock

QUOTE(toofriggingslow @ Oct 17 2013, 06:49 PM)
i newbie.

may i know rm300 to install this lock tech, what is it for ?
is it to automatic lock all the 4 doors after you reach a certain speed?
can the speed be set by myself?
after installation, is there any risk to void Tan Chong warranty?

thanks in advance
*
if you are using keys to start engine, this lock will connect to a socket, and as long as this lock is not opened, even if the thief got your key, they can't turn the ignition to start the car, and mine is push start, need to stop on brake and press push start, and as long as this lock is not open, cannot step on brake at all, so very secure one thumbup.gif

btw, average FC for u guys is how much? I often find myself having near 450 or so for full tank, sometimes oumo 50+ can get ~330km like that, around 0.16-0.18/km if I didnt push the car, but still feel a bit makan minyak compared to some others sweat.gif
but overall ok la..

and anyone got do sound isolation before? right now my volume turn 20+ outside also can hear my song very clearly, and I'm not very happy with that hmm.gif

sound proof for Almera is suck...i'm driving Grand Livina (loan car from Tan Chong) before that more quiet...even if got lorry at side..after closed the window...no more sound from outside...i believe we need to put some sound isolation at the door, floor and firewall....

So far i keen to get this product..

nod.gif like our fb page to jnw ore about sp .

4 doors from rm 3xx , but normally ppl do double layer 730 for almera, superb in reducing exterior noise and heat

of course some prefer branded ones like silent coat might offer it soon laugh.gif

my almera is installed with the TC's default rear camera and dvd... i was told by the SA that can choose to install outside, due to no cut wire action..hence warranty is valid
*
yea the SA told me too..how much you installed for the rear camera and dvd?

Steering light? Ever considered changing to bigger sports rims? The steering became heavier after I replaced mine, but it's still very light

Anyone with leather seat?

Saw the showroom car with leather seat found it's softer compare to fabric seat. Is it true?
*
I had the leather seat but i find it to be firmer than the fabric seat... tats y i specced leather seat as i find the fabric seat too soft... tried a few almera wi9th fabric seat and all are very soft... after trying the unit with the leather and liked it.... u can even choose the colour of the leather and stitching... rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

as per their catologue, it is 3500 for the navi package, but my SA gives extra -rm200 discount, so it is 3300.

My milage bout 6000k. Mostly city drive also. Average 350-400km also.  If outstation FC will be very good. Dont know how nissan get combined FC of 14.9km/litre...!!
*
My mileage is about 12k, city drive usually get 350+ km only for RM73 (10.5km/l). Outstation i managed 14.27 max with 4 person on board. City drive really sucks... doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif
