he did not want to extend contract with Chelsea. That is it.
Sturridge has learnt a lot during his chelsea time.
He proved it at Liverpool by not being so selfish.. but he still selfish anyway.
good for him doing well in Liverpool.

Yea its good for us that Sturridge managed to do well with us and able to gel in almost immediately, and as for his selfishness, I am ok if a striker being selfish once a while, as long as he could bring a good result for us.

As for Moses, yea he is as selfish as Sturridge, but as a wing/AM, IMO he shouldn't be too selfish..to be honest, I am not really impress with this lad.

Btw, it seems that Torres is doing well in the European level! rclxms.gif

Never a fan of moses. A one dimension player in my POV. Always try to drag the ball inside when it is better to keep the ball wide and cross.

I dont mind either of them to stay..but Studge prefer to leave..so..I everything down to them to decide..hahaha Moses still a speedy winger for we..a good option if he can learn how to play direct football..

Although i never really expressed any comments or felt that way regarding Sturridge in that manner, I have to admit it would have been great if he managed to get similar results with us. But sometimes it just wasn't meant to be, so he moved on, and I'm happy for him for being successful(as long he doesn't cost us any trophies tongue.gif).

well. good for liverpool

too bad he never true to himself..he keen to be main top striker..yes..we understand that..so he move to liverpool..chelsea heirarchy want to keep him as LW..but he refuse to be there..and now end up as LW at liverpool..nothing change..we dont want to keep player that go against our manager..just enjoy him  thumbup.gif he is a good player..

woot! can't wait for our games vs City at home... I'm sure home advantage will give us another win again as Mou rarely loses in own turf.... our form coming into the game is all win from our home games...

Well. In my opinion, Sturridge just needed time. If he could have been patient in Chelsea last time. Now he would have been one of out 3 main strikers. We might not even need to sign Eto.

But then, Sturridge has always had the desire to play as out-and-out striker. During that time, the managers kept playing Sturridge as winger. So leaving was his best option. With his age, it's normal for him to seek for regular football and playing in his best position. Can't blame him.

I think Sturridge plays the best as an out-and-out striker. Just look his time in Liverpool. He is someone that needs a striker partner. He links up well with Suarez. Just imagine if he had stayed with us and our striker partnership is Sturridge and Lukaku!!! thumbup.gif

Everytime I see Lukaku scores, I tell myself 'Sabar...one day he will don the Chelsea jersey and bang in goals for fun!'

On another note, seems like Mou is pushing Roman to spend the cash to trigger Atletico Madrid's Brazillian hitman Diego Costa's release clause. hmm.gif

Yes we need to get a win against MC, so we can keep the pace of arsenal and Liverpool.

Wonder what tactics will jose deploy tonight..counter-attacking would suit us i think.city's defense hasn't been secure lately.down to kompany's absence i guess.hard to call this one, but a narrow win would do just fine.

Has schurrle recovered?seemed to be icing his ankle after the schalke match.

Guys. Line up prediction? Mine would be
-------------Cech-----------
Azpi---Cahill---Terry---Iva
-------Ram----Lamps-----
Schurrle----Oscar----Hazard
-----------Torres----------

Prediction: Chelsea winning 3-2. Definitely a red card. And Torres to bag the winning goal and again proving he is up to par. thumbup.gif
