The only one successfully playing 3-5-2, kudos to Liverpool smile.gif

Yup. One of the top team to play 3-5-2. I think during Martinez's time in Wigan he also played 3-5-2 iinm la. biggrin.gif

Arsenal's February: Liverpool (a), Man Utd (h), Bayern (h).

Arsenal's March: Bayern (a), Tottenham (a), Chelsea (a), Man City (h).  shakehead.gif
Galatasaray is not an easy team..  sweat.gif

If compared to Arsenal's Bayern and Man City's Barca, I would say that it is easy. brows.gif

So many dramas nowadays. Juande Ramos returning to White Harts Lane as Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk's manager. King Drog's return to the Bridge. AVB sacked. Will AVB stay in London and manage another London club? Fulham? lel.

And also Capello's appearance in Tottenham's game against Liverpool now speculating him as the next Spur's manager. rclxm9.gif

It is wise for AVB to take the Fulham job to put his career back on track rather than tarnish his CV for another lucrative contract and get the sack again.
*
There are jobs for AVB in the PL tbh. But he needs to keep his head grounded. Don't go for those top table club. Just get a job at any mid table, work hard. He is a very good manager imo. He has the ideas and good long term vision. Too bad Roman and Levy is not patient enough for that. On a side note, Spurs downfall is not totally his fault. Spurs has almost all new faces in their midfields, Lamela, Paulinho, Eriksen, Chadli, Townsend, Capoue. So even a kid knows it will take some time to gel and work as a unit. doh.gif

he fall when he start to build 'his' team, last year there is bale that save his ass, not this year.

zola leave watford.. hmm.gif

AVB is too bold. During his time with us, he dropped Terry and Lamps for a lot of games, so the old guard told Roman about it, then boom, AVB is gone. rclxms.gif

Zola home coming as assistant coach? Or Spurs bound? This is interesting. biggrin.gif

The question is, if KDB leave, who will we sign? brows.gif
LMF - Hazard / ?
AMF - Oscar / Mata
RMF - Schurrle / Willian

I heard my Man Utd supporter friend saying that both Man UTd and Chelsea is targeting Rakitic. But I don't see his name being mentioned here. hmm.gif

Good to snub one under Moyes and Man Utd's nose. Seems like the Mou factor is making Guarin to choose Chelsea. thumbup.gif

Looking at his youtube video, kinda feel like he can score goals like Lamps, defends like Mikel + Essien. His passing also not bad. thumbup.gif

I told my friend this too. I said, Chelsea has enough AM. But my friend say Rakitic now playing something like a deep playmaker. hmm.gif not so sure whether he is right bo. dry.gif

Anyway, the Capitol One Cup against Sunderland. I'm not so worried about the result. Instead, I'm more anxious for the Arsenal match. A win can push us to the top of the table. drool.gif

Essien and Lamps, their engines are getting old. Maybe 1 or 2 more season imho.

Guarin will be a good signing. With Mikel, Ram, MVG and Guarin, we have 4 different type of midfielders for different teams and strategies. thumbup.gif

To be honest, I'm not that bothered by our lose to Sunderland. It's a cup game. Winning the COC is not as luxurious as winning the BPL. brows.gif

Let's not forget, Torres, Terry, Hazard, Mata, Oscar, all of them were rested. Sunderland of coz feel motivated to beat us.

Let's move on guys, I prefer we beat Arsenal and get the BPL crown. cool2.gif

but still our 2nd or 3rd team better than Sunderland. Yes it only COC but to lose to bottom team is unacceptable.

Of coz it is a bit sad or disappointed to see us losing to a bottom team. But that's the beauty of cup matches, which is why there is always giant killers in COC and FA cup. sad.gif

haha....but SERIOUSLY, I'm not a big fan of Capital One Cup. I'm not trying to cover up or what. I am disappointed with the LOST, but not disappointed by us not progressing in the Capital One Cup.

It's a cup game, and it's extra time. And of course, in extra time any team can win it. Player's fatigue and fitness can become a problem.

A lost if a lost. Let's face it with our chin up, and try to do better in our next game against. KTBBFH!

I hope Mou change to 4-3-3. Bring on the speedy wingers, play Ba as the frontman, he has the muscles to post up and win headers.

Don't get me wrong, Hazard, Willian and Schurrle is speedy. But to play them in 4-3-3 will truely unleash their potentials. brows.gif

If we do revert back to 4-3-3 and Guarin is signed. I would like to see Mata, Guarin, Ramires combo in the midfield area. thumbup.gif

For the Arsenal's match, I'm rooting for Ba/Torres. No Eto pls. Ba has the physical presence and can score goals from miraculous angled kick. Torres, some how I still have faith in him in big games. thumbup.gif

Everton this season really surprise package. Lukaku, Barry, Barkley, Oviedo, Jagielka, McCarthy all seems to step up one two gear. Everton for Champions League spot again?

Ya, kudos to Martinez. Baines injured? He's like, ok, we got Oviedo. Steady jer. Baines injured but their form still maintained. Lukaku's goal scoring form in the recent 4 games seems to be faded too. But still Everton is going strong.

I think Mou can take a look at Everton's pivot. Barry + McCarthy. This 2 gooding and solid yo. Plus Barkley playing as AMF which can also drop a bit deeper to defend. not bad.

Mou shud study this Everton team. Lukaku not scoring any goals in the last 4 games + misfiring Jelavic, but their still doing so good. hmm.gif

But Lukaku so far has scored 8 goals in the PL. Our strikers total I think 6 only. doh.gif I seriously hope Lukaku gets recalled this Jan. tongue.gif
