Normal superior auto will do..

Daylight: metering centered, ISO 100/auto, white balance auto/daylight. Exposure depend
Night: metering spot (adjust to lighting point and it's will make surrounding darker), ISO 400-800/auto. White balance auto, exposure depend
Portrait I suggest use scene mode directly.

i just found out our phone come with a stock desk clock mode

just tap on the clock widget on your home screen, then tap on options (the 3 dots), and choose desk clock

tapping the screen again will put in into dark / night mode

this is good for those who don't want or lazy to install 3rd party apps like dashclock widget

BTW, what do u guys think about the "Stamina Mode".

i don't like it coz it always delay my whatapps msg, unlike my previous Motorola RAZR bloatware "Smart Action" giving me better battery life while maintaining to good use of my data.

i've disable the "Stamina Mode" now & currently using a apps called "Snapdragon Battery Guru" introduced by my friend who used Nexus 4.

The result not clear yet coz its still in learning stage (need 2day+ to calibrate my behavior for the phone)
