Any one buy 20 x 65 DSL Pallida 2? I heard only 405k woh!!

I heard facing NW got better privacy after the apartments built up later, true? landed confirm with guard house, and sp setia in progress to get mpkj approval to built the fenced as gated... i think all double storey link sold out...
