Hi..rushed here after seeing the sms in the morning. Was here at 7.45 and got my queue number in 20s. There were already Semenyih and Kajang locals here queuing to buy.

SP is giving the local residents opportunity to own a house. Most of them I have met is buying for own consumption. Link still have but the queue is long now. Maybe 50 to 100 numbers left for link and 100 for semi d and bungalow. They are launching all off the landed in precint 3 excep bungalow only Tralas and all off Precint 1 except thos unnamed village.

The sad part is the SEH Link from Lekas is open to heavy vehicles as well.

Semi - D linked or cluster starts at 728k and Semi - D is starting at 828k for Lecus. Merrum and the rest is 930k onwards.

Hey cheryee..I got Merrum B1, but went for inter, Corner is slightly out of my range.

In my personal opinion, SPS did a good / fair job by launching via first come first serve basis. This gives opportunity for residents of kajang and semenyih to own a quality living.
MMost of Semi D and Bungalow buyers are for own living including myself.

For those who have been tracking this project should have known that it was only matter of time for launching and have to be prepared. First phase is also important to be filled with occupants for the project to prosper.

Eh..dont say like that la..been working so hard for the past 1 yr to own a quality living in my backyard. I told myself..no matter what the price its gonna be, Merrum is my choice. And, did everything I could to secure the unit.

No bro. My unit is facing north. I didn't want the back of my house to be facing the road..noisy and maintenance should be more taxing compared to the one facing north.
Furthermore, the back facing bungalow back gives more incentive to maintain my private living in B1 layout as it is.
