but as i said bro, the reverse gear from static to move works fine, no need to throttle at all.
26km++ per day like that
my odometer reads 10.3L / 100km. is it normal?

When you're using clutch based transmission, allow time for clutch engagement, then only apply more throttle; it will be slow but it's good for FC and clutch life span. A lot of small cars don't like my slow sluggish start but who cares, I drive to my own preference.
Secondly, avoid driving in the range where clutch is only partially engaged i.e. speed below 5KM/h. Also do not allow your clutch to burn on a slope i.e. using throttle to maintain car's position on slope. The CVT reads brake signal, it will clutch when you are near stationary and pressing brakes; so don't keep it in D with no foot brakes applied unless you're on a hill using handbrake to avoid reversing.
The gearbox has 2 clutch, one for forward, one for reverse thus the car feels different when you reverse. VT3 has automatic clutch adaptation, which should have compensated for any wear or abuse you've made but in some circumstances, you may have to manually perform clutch adaptation at service centre.
