5"8 and u weight about 100Kgs+? that's pretty big.. and ur objective is to be around 100kg?

Yeah I am sort of big size but not saggy fat type. End yr target is just under 100kg. Gradual decrease. Next yr will loose more hopefully till 80-85kg? Depends on my determination. That is the biggest factor. Really not easy.

I have this problem too.. not gonna bore you with my story.. anyways, there are two types of man boobs:
1. Fat accumulated at the chest area
2. Glandular tissue (breast glands)

If you want to check, put your fingers together to form a small circle and press the spot near the areola..  if it's hard and feels gland-y, then its breast tissue.  you can only remove this via surgery...
if it's soft, then it's fat... it may be stubborn fat, and hard to remove...

For my case, i have a lot of fat as well as glandular tissue.. had my surgery two weeks ago... now in recovery period smile.gif

I remember in the old days people said that the boobs we're cause you ate too much chicken rice as the chickens were injected with hormones to fatten them up, this caused the boobs, don't know if true but it cut down my eating of chicken fast.

I was harrased by manboobs since kid time .
When i reduce my weight , my boobs not seems to go down by according my weight lost (getting smaller of course) .
So i'm thinking to go surgery for this , does anyone recommend ? i knew exercise may helps but it really taken too long time to achieve .

Hi jimsontan, I have the same trouble as you.. best thing to do now is go for a consultation at any cosmetic clinic.
The one i went to is Nicanor.. Dr. Heng is very nice and he will check whether it is fat or breast glands..

yep, i did.. had the checkup on sat, called the clinic next tuesday, on friday (27 sept), went ahead with the surgery.  now recovering..
not trying to kid anyone, surgery costs a bomb... but i never regretted it, even for a single moment..

If you don't mind me asking, is the surgery intrusive/painful?
I mean, is it like a minor surgery whereby you were not put to sleep, and get to return home after it's done?

Hi nujikabane, i was put to sleep for the 2 hour surgery. returned home on the same day... pained like hell for the first 3 days, but not too bad after..
stitches are taken out one week after the surgery.. had another appointment with doc this saturday to reduce the scar tissue..
