QUOTE(Kentucki @ Oct 2 2013, 11:51 AM) If ck_boon is talking about gyno (serious ones) then the only way to cure it is via surgery. But most of the people I see suffer from ManBoobs because they have a lot of fat with them (usually fat people have manboobs). Once they slim down and start to build muscle, their chest will start to look more solid. Unless he provide the picture of his upper body, its very hard to identify the problem he has. Have to agree with Kentucki, man boobs caused by hormone imbalance is quite rare.most are caused by too much fat layered above chest muscle.so the best way to get rid of it is too build up ur chest muscle and lower ur bodyfat percentage with proper and consistent diet and exrcise.

QUOTE(hahahihihehe @ Oct 2 2013, 01:41 PM) true.. i thought that too,, myself stands at 175cm and 73kg, which is considered average and I went gym 3 times a week. been doing so much chest exercises, among others, but still it wont go away.. plucked up my courage, visit the cosmetic clinic for a checkup.. doc confirmed it is glandular tissue.. only surgery can remove it... if TS can post a picture, then i will be able to tell.. since i suffered from this condition myself... Good for u by seeking professional advice from the doctor.so did u choose to carry on withthe surgery or not?
