the reason that i have breast tissue. you can exercise until you have 0% fat in your body, but the breast tissue will not go away.
it can ONLY be removed by surgery...

as you can see, there are three pictures which shows the fat in both my chests, as well as left breast tissue and right breast tissue.
surgery goes like this..
1. reach clinic, take some pre-surgery medicine, pay the surgery fee
2. doctor will then ask you to remove your shirt, where he will mark the place where the incision will be.
(in my case, or others as well, liposuction surgery will start with an incision at the bottom of your armpits,
and for breast tissue, they will make an crescent shaped cut at your areola, flip it up, and remove the breast tissue underneath the areola)
3. hospital members will then give you something to make you sleep. after they have given me anesthesia, i slept after 10sec
4. when i woke up, surgery is done. nurses gave me some nice milo and biscuit to eat.
5. during the week after the surgery, can't bath, must wear compression belt 24 hours per day.
6. one week after, stitches are removed, scar tissue may form...

i did my surgery at nicanor clinic. Dr. Heng is a reputable cosmetic doctor in gynecomastia.

best thing to do is go for a consultation. it's less than rm100, so it's not a big amount of money...
your statement of "is it very big very annoying made you no cut no happy" really annoys me... only people with this condition will understand the embarrassment they have to face and go through... i have this condition ever since i'm in primary school.. imagine you have to live with this for 24 years... never able to take out your shirt on the beach, can't go water park, can't take off my shirt in public...

btw, there will be some minor scars after the surgery, but you wont notice it unless i point it out...

sorry for the annoyance caused bro. notworthy.gif Because I'd mistakenly taken him as you.
actually what I try to convey is, is it very big till you have to sort this out by surgery. sad.gif
My bf also have some manboobs at his left side, your post pretty informative for me to provide some insight on this matter.

Hi nujikabane, i was put to sleep for the 2 hour surgery.  returned home on the same day... pained like hell for the first 3 days, but not too bad after..
stitches are taken out one week after the surgery.. had another appointment with doc this saturday to reduce the scar tissue..

Whoa, it is intrusive treatment then. Good to note that you are determined to go through it.

i don't mind if it's a bit big... but when you have breast tissue, it will make your chest and nipple area look a little puffy and pointy, like a girl.
that's the main problem.

To be honest, if I have this breast tissue problem, I would of just build up my overall physique and it'll then look normal

Bro, do you have these man boobs problem? If not, how do you know just by building overall physique it will look normal.
In a way, you can camouflage it if if the man-boob is quite small. But, many no matter how you hide it, it will look obvious.

But the main secret to live happy with it is to accept it. I have man-boobs. I used to feel very shy to take off my cloth in the public. Even in gym's locker room. But, as times flew, I begin to accept it. In fact many won't even notice it much. Even if they do, I don't care what other thinks about me. Now, I'm quite comfortable to taking of my cloths, even in front girls. In fact most girls won't even notice them. Those who notice them, they just make a little fun of it. I just laugh together. What is important is the confident of being who you are, not the physical factor.

Will I go for surgery to remove them? It depend what I want to achieve with it. If I build a nice physique to be a model, competition or even fighter and the man-boobs spoils the look, I'll remove it. I may even remove it, if I'm serious about running as the man-boobs add some weight to your body.
