No.. not specifically with pencil..if any other stylus can work with XZU screen I might be considering that too..
Basically Note2 already serve me well, just looking for bigger screen with the similar accuracy.. Note 8.0 is also in consideration.. but I think XZU is better.. XZU rating given is very bad.. haha
*
Most pencil will work. I tested with 12 of my old ballpen n found one that can work equally as well as pencil. However after applying a SP the ballpen performance deteriorate so much I do not want to use it anymore.
There is no specially made stylus yet for this XZU. Your best choice is still pencil prefarably 2B type.

So u mean, by using pencil 2B type, I can use the pencil on XZU same accuracy as real pencil or similar? or that's the only type that work "well" with XZU? From what I understand screen protector ruin the pencil writing functionality, am I right?
*
2B type is still real pencil lah !
Yes the SP reduces the touch sensitivity of the pencil
You need to write very slow to have accurate input n defeat purpose as is faster to type
SONY had failed incorporating this half baked feature.
More appropriate to use pencil for brief sketching n not for extensive writing

oh.. u mean writing/sketching using pencil on a paper is far better than use XZU to do so? haha.. sorry my brain slow in the morning.. biggrin.gif
*
Of course it cannot match real life experience writing on paper. For that Note3 I would say is now very close to it.

Andrewtst is definitely not a Samsung fan. Just read his comments on S4 n S2 you would think he hates Samsung
Saying he is Samsung fanboy is definitely wrong
I always find his comments fair n his biggest problem is he at times goes overboard in criticizing n praising n had a bad habit of repeating it.

Prefer him to be a fanboy rather than being too personal with his likes and dislike and started correcting or criticizing.

Oh Mr Benny, I just remembered reading note3 heating issues from one of ur post, is it serious?
+1

I guess I asked the wrong person...
*
No serious overheating. Quite or very slightly higher than XZU. Only TS reported serious overheating up to 50-60 degree C
Even intensive continous usage my recorded temp 35-38 degree C.
There will always be a few negative feedback in every phone thread n these will NEVER represent majority users
only day 1 i reported a high 45 n after that subsequently no more such tempersture observed

Yesterday i change my LTE 510 firmware back to C6802 532 HK version through flash tool. Noted there is no fake hang issue unlike reported by some users.
Connected through PC Companion n no indicstion of any newer firmware.
This XZU has been relegated to be my secondary phone as the Note3 has taken its place as my main daily working phone.

Sorry but I can't help not to post this comment after you say Note 2 is problem free:-
I feel that emmc bug only happen to Exynos processor phone.  sweat.gif

In any phone including even iphone there will always be some negative or lemon sets. We should not be affected by just those few negative comments.
i always like to quote one of my ex boss Mercedes S Class RM800k broke down in a week. Does this means is a poor quality car? Yet he continue to upgrade his Mercs every few years. He just consider his back luck getting a defective engine

wanna ask is it worked about the flashing 3g set z ultra to lte firmware.

is it the lte really worked?
*
You can successfully flash the LTE firmware on your non LTE phone . You will see LTE option available in mobile network settings too. Your phone will now be labelled as model C6833 . BUT sadly the LTE will not work

Lol...i'm not defending samsung but 1 point is non functional....the design. About the ram, even if other devices have more free ram, what does it really translate to?
Free ram doesn't mean better performance rightaway.
*
Just to prove him wrong
My free ram with 100+ app installed exceed 1gb n in this case 1.33gb. Amount of ram left is unimportant in android. Infact Google always say in unused ram is Wasted ram.
To conclude that insufficient ram left is a disadvantage is obviously wrong. He still think it is windows
I never even bother to monitor how much ram I have left in all my androids

How many apps u installed?
But previously my ram was 3xx only, some of the apps will be randomly rebooted.
*
It is probably your app causing such reboot. Even on 1gb ram phone I have never encountered reboots. Infact all my phone n tablet never faced auto reboot even on custom roms.. And I always say is app issue especially app installed from unofficial sources or through unreliable apk links. You know best your source of app. I only install app from official market n even from apk is all directly extracted from the official sources. You might not agree but I have seen such auto reboot on many of my friend phones n main reason they have unofficial app installed. Some of these app are malicious n will cause auto reboot. On my previous 1gb ram phone having only 50-100mb ram left is common n absolutely no auto reboot issues.
Google yourself how android os manage memory n one of biggest mistake is to use auto taskkillers. Using manual task killer is better if you need it.

Anyone able to use the Google Now Voice Action ? Everytime I say like "Add Reminder", it brings me to Google Search.

It is suppose to do like what Siri does, add a reminder for me. I have changed the default language to English (US) but still the same problem.

good morning guys..

today might wanna buy the SBH50 or 52.. still cant decide, lol..

today working at office, so can spam all over here. rclxm9.gif
*
Buy SBH52 - difference in price is less than RM 200: from the web

All the features of the SBH50 are still implemented into the SBH52, but the SBH52 includes a ton of cool new features.

The newest feature to note is the HD voice ready feature, this allows users to experience crystal clear voice calls with wideband audio.
Another great feature Sony added to the SBH52 is the ear speaker, which is 3GPP wide-band telephony compliant.
The last feature to note is the loudspeaker, this lets you communicate hassle free, without having a jumble of tangled wires in the way.
