Other than what others say, like the data speed sucks (which I too agree) another thing preventing me from considering Umobile and Digi is that they do not have LTE connectivity. No point buying an LTE enabled phone with a telco that doesn't provide LTE connectivity.

My first mobile line is Celcom during University days. But their customer service sux big time (back then 20 years ago, now not sure), so switch to Maxis. Been using Maxis for a very long time until HTC Desire HD release coz i heard too much of astronomical data charges by Maxis, so i change to DIGI Smartplan (no extra charges even if you exceed quota). Only after hearing Maxis start to stop charging customer astronomically only i switch back to Maxis coz its speed is really fast. Never see a H+ in my DiGi mobile line in JB for 2 years. After i switched to Maxis, almost everywhere H+ and minimum 4mbps in Johor Bahru.

But having SIM cards for all four main telcos, somehow Maxis still gets my vote because Celcom LTE is not in my area. How can?
Ironically, Maxis chose my area for their pioneer LTE area.

I am using Celcom now and my September bill already kena 1750, that is why I am unhappy with celcom, furthermore, signup 24month package with them also not enjoying free calls and SMS like digi
