dun think will be Surfmore 50. It will be Surfmore 75 at least or maybe RM98 talk + data combo plan like S3 offer. Maxis getting stingy in giving good offer for Note series, starting from Note II. The initial Note II bundle last year is not worth at all. They only bundled it at better value with Surfmore 75 for RM1,399 few months later.

So for those who are hoping to get good offer from Maxis, dun cross your fingers coz it is not happening.

normally the first thing you do when receive it will be turning it on and test test to check whether it is in perfect condition. So how to charge it first, unless you really can tahan the urge to try the new toy lying sexily in front of you.

Normally i just play it until low battery before doing the first charge to full. Use until low battery and charge to full for few cycles to calibrate the battery and conditioning the new battery before it reach its full capacity.

long time never flash new ROM on my Note II already. If i get a Note 3, i think i will just root it and stay with stock rom or maybe stock rom based with some performance and battery tweak. Having only rooted stock rom in my that Nexus 7 2013 too - stock rom good enough.

yes, understand that. My brother is quite big size but he prefer smaller phone so that can use the phone single handedly. He is using old Desire HD and he said big enough.

yah... i am using surfmore 75 too, very very low call/sms. normally Maxis no EPP i think, not very sure though.

me definitely, a week or so slower is not an issue for me at all, only concern is the cost of ownership.

My first mobile line is Celcom during University days. But their customer service sux big time (back then 20 years ago, now not sure), so switch to Maxis. Been using Maxis for a very long time until HTC Desire HD release coz i heard too much of astronomical data charges by Maxis, so i change to DIGI Smartplan (no extra charges even if you exceed quota). Only after hearing Maxis start to stop charging customer astronomically only i switch back to Maxis coz its speed is really fast. Never see a H+ in my DiGi mobile line in JB for 2 years. After i switched to Maxis, almost everywhere H+ and minimum 4mbps in Johor Bahru.

damn... Samsung haven't announced how are the 500 unit free Gear gonna to be won? Really sux!!!

If cannot get RM1,999 Note 3 alone or with free Gear at RM2,399, most likely will just skip the Note 3 this year.

I think i miss that. But nvm now, what done is done. Just wait for RM1,999 deal now.
