If based on the above picture diagram, then yes, the left corner will be blocked by its commercial block for lower to mid-floor (plus UNA. Not sure if higher floor can escape this), while those on the right will not be blocked but will still have to contend with Lavile, which is 39/40 storeys high, unless you take those units above 40th floor onwards.
Based on my previous comment, I was looking at it when looking towards Cheras' direction, which is the right and left corners for the Type D (969sf) unit. Hence I mentioned right will be blocked by the commercial block + UNA while the left will be practically unblocked, but have to contend with Lavile.
As for the pricing, after visiting the sales gallery yesterday, what was announced is just the indicative pricing (according to the same sales staff who attended to us previously), which is based on the average price for all units. Like what was mentioned previously, have to deposit a cheque first, only then you can ballot for it on 22nd Sept. Maybe on that day the actual unit pricing will be revealed?
