Can your g1wc play with class 4 sd card?

All dash cam's manual recommends class 6 and above... But usually will buy class 10 instead...

correct me if wrong but if recording 1080p, it's recommended to use class 10. Do research to see which cards are ok. Im using Toshiba UHS1 class 10 and Sony UHS1 class 10 on G1W-C. So far no problem.

Can we connect the G1W-C to the power bank and the power bank to the cigarette lighter?
When the engine is off, power bank provide the juice to the camcorder. When the engine is on, it charges the power bank.
This way the camcorder is ON all the while.
Is this advisable?

As gearbest mentioned, it is recommend class 6 and above. I suggest you take class 10, speed faster. Recording also smoother and take picture won't take long to load.

I tried with a class 4 while waiting for Samsung class 10 to arrive and videos feels like missing some frames.

I've tried class 4 in g1wc.. No issue so far. But heck, the capacitor can't even last for 2 seconds after switched off ignition. ==

Btw, when you all mentioned class 4 will give sucky video quality is based on camcorder playback or computer?

quality will be same I supposed, just the transfer speed will be slower. for camcorder purpose, it is advisable to use faster speed as it will transmit the speed while recording.
specially when it trying to save the video after the loop recording minutes, it might take longer to save and loop to another new section. just my2cents
