Hes playing. His type of play may work with Suarez..........he did try to make some plays vs Soton. Sturridge could not read them.

QUOTE(prophetjul @ Sep 23 2013, 02:09 PM) Hes playing. Good point. I also think Aspas was decent against Soton. My main problem with him in previous matches is that he was very slow both in mind and in movement. But against Soto he started playing a lot quicker and resorting to cheeky flicks. I think Suarez loves that kind of quick play. His type of play may work with Suarez..........he did try to make some plays vs Soton. Sturridge could not read them. |

Full strength team or not i honestly don't see a win for us.
It's old trafford ffs. They will be looking to bounce back after the humiliation yesterday and also they have rvp back. We might as well cut our losses by resting gerrard, sturridge.Maybe on the bench.returning players like kelly and xavi should start. |

It's old trafford ffs. They will be looking to bounce back after the humiliation yesterday and also they have rvp back. We might as well cut our losses by resting gerrard, sturridge.Maybe on the bench.returning players like kelly and xavi should start. We can't have continuous slump. We need consistency. Winning the top 4 teams and losing/drawing the mid/low table teams is really not the way. |

The reason that I think BR is taking this Capital One seriously is due to us lack of European games. From the financial stand point, we need to venture as far as possible in cup competitions to generate revenue through TV coverage and ticket sales.
BR already gambled on his first team players fitness against Notts County, I don't think there will be any difference this time around. I'm predicting both teams come up with a strong line up. |

Gerrard/Lucas, IMO need dropping/resting.It's old trafford ffs. They will be looking to bounce back after the humiliation yesterday and also they have rvp back. We might as well cut our losses by resting gerrard, sturridge.Maybe on the bench.returning players like kelly and xavi should start. Alberto in specific, should be given a chance. Who knows he might shine and minimise the loss of Coutinho to certain extent However, I doubt BR will do so |

Oh well, just heard that we seemed to have a firm interest in the Spanish Mata Kucing comes January. As it stands, the club seems content to analyze the situation just as they did last season and see what we need and strengthen in January to put up a challenge. However, this depends also on Spurs not hijacking the deal.
This time is not mata Kucing or mata kerbau It's really Juan Mata! |
