according to dynamics manager he told me this

Yup, mine was promised today got delayed all the way back to October 4th. Then it's no different than the actual release date given to my Sony Style contact. Might as well stick buying from them. The only allure of getting from my current seller is that he promises release today. If that is not the case, might as well either I get one faster elsewhere as AP, or wait ori from authorised Sony centers.

I'm still debating.. The Z1 is very attractive.. but I'm already on the Z.. if the Z1 has better speakers and a 64GB option, 100% getting already, even if RM 300-400 more expensive. LOL...

well, doesn't really matter at this time since everybody else (who bought the Z1) will enjoice together after bought the phone at the same release date

My seller pay back my deposit. I made a point against him that I've asked him to confirm with me TWICE that he can get it today, else I wasn't interested. He said yes. The very act that he cant do so, means I get my deposit back as well.

I dont like waiting. I never stick to slow local releases. My phones are mostly AP units that I make sure they work with local bands. Especially critical now since I am using LTE with my phones. My Lumia 1020 however is a special case, I got it for the phone, so even though its LTE band doesn't work here (Mine is AT&T Lumia 1020), I'm fine with HSDPA on it.

i think the one way u can do is to cut loss...sell off your Z to buy the Z1 and if the rumors are true with 1H 2014 still using S800, the flagship price would be cheaper as well... not the stupid obscene price that is 2399

Not really in it for the performance. I am very happy with the performance of the Z currently. I don't find much issues with the screen as well. As long as it's smooth, I'm happy, which the S800 clearly gives.

The three things that would make the biggest difference are:

Shutter Button = This is a God send, especially with QuickShot, miss it from my Acro S days

Better Speakers = The Z's speakers are absolutely horrible. Z1 improves on this, but isn't class leading.

More Internal Memory = 16GB is way too small. Getting tired of having to keep uninstalling stuff for more stuff. This is 2013.. should be at least 32GB min, with 64GB variant.

true.. same Gameloft games are needing 3GB. quite crazy but won't they install to SD?

I haven't been playing games for a long time now so I am immune to it...but mobile games bores me easily so I can see uninstalling the games I don't play. what I really need now is fast switching between whatsapp, GPS, phonecall, and browser without the super lag...

so wow yeah I can't wait haha

Personally, i don't think it's a problem with the 16GB internal memory
at least they give us an option of microsd expansion

IMO, it's easier to transfer between phones

I've relegated my Android gaming platform from phone to my Nvidia Shield. 16GB for normal apps should be enough. Not that I dont welcome bigger capacities though.

Yeah, MicroSD is more important versus internal memory, but more is better for application installation and all, considering you only get 10-11GB after minus the OS and other stuff. Two Gameloft games and you're already down to half.

At least give an option for larger capacities. Let those who don't need them, buy the 16GB model.
