My guess for this Mall in the next 1-2 years, crowd could reach 70% (weekend) and 40% (weekdays) of MV
But buying power need to discount 30% lah

The aircon was very cold for me. Suprised to see such a large crowd on the first day even though many shops not ready yet.

really hope all the hypermarket like tesco, giant, aeon big, parkson, aeon, in this building, so that you can hunt all the discounted/offer grocer at one go...

I believe pipes broken because someone accidentally broke them. Nothing to do with quality of workmanship.

discount 50% la... IOI city no tourist and public transport.. fewer rich people nearby... but it will steal MVs business

MV is relying heavily on the local tourist and Southern KV mkt

many super rich are hidden in the town....like seri kembangan...many uncles buy land to build their own house...all by cash $$

and country height just near by....

but I don't expect it will be as good as MV/Gardens in the first few years....

yes yes, many country heights/mines mansions n rich putrajaya pipu but as much as i feek IOI city will succeed, PBJ wil take away some of the Seri Kembangan side busines..

this weekend i think massive jams la.. i see pipu all go to ice skate n makan..

They are many rich peoples surrounding there, just u don't known! BTW, rich not mean high spending power.
In fact the location is strategic, and it got high spending power ethic group there... BTW, Putrajaya is a tourist destination place.

this size mall and those location, it caters needs there like putra, cyber, equine and puchong south area, and bangi too..

your statistic are realistic can be attained.. pull more shops selling clothes in and entertainment.. it will be good, F&B i heard very good

Yes but can u compare with PJ/Damansara/Bangsar spending power?? I have many friends staying in the country heights/gita bayu/bluwater/mines.. in the long run, they are looking at Pavi BJ more than IOI City..

I think IOI City will do well until PBJ comes, then there will be some stiff competition! If u follow my posts well, I have been a strong supporter of IOI City due to the largely untapped surrounding potential n existing population.
