My guess for this Mall in the next 1-2 years, crowd could reach 70% (weekend) and 40% (weekdays) of MV
But buying power need to discount 30% lah

Very nice mall. Visited today.
super duper crowded. Jam and hard to find carpark.  Really depends on luck. Parked at illegal side parking.

Coffee bean and Starbucks located outdoor water feature there, both at the end. There got the yummy morganfields too.

Clio layout okay....but not attractive enuf don't know why.

Yea pretty standard F&B brands. Pretty boring too.
only the upcoming Namoo grey Korean cafe below GSC attracted me as I like their Namoo on the Park @ Publika..
hope more n more those concepted cafe like in PJ , MK, bangsar,  publika  wil be opened in IOI CITY MALL la...its a trend.. nowadays young don't mind to spend more to have coffee n brunch.

Went there as well... As expected as well... Future property investment area... Phase 1 mall is exactly midvalley style and even can say better than that cause come with ice skirting and district 21... Soon will have phase 2 which I guess a lot of kuxury shop... Plus office and residential tower too.. The total development area was 800 acres and lastly ... Don't LOOK DOWN THE power of southern KV

IOI city mall is about 15 minutes away from LEKAS Semenyih exit woh.. What's wrong?

Walao eh... Kajang / Bandar Baru Bangi / Semenyih people also can reach this mall fairly easily lah, do you know the exact location of this mall or not oh?
