Cyberjaya is heating up but I think you need to consider in what criteria..
1. prefer to stay in a silent nighttime but busy daytime? --> huge population difference between daytime and night time in cyberjaya
2. The only biggest shopping mall in cyberjaya was a just opened --> Dpulze at the center of cyberjaya (not to mentioned others upcoming mall). but still doesnt have big anchor inside
3. Then I saw the others landed house like garden resisdence by mah sing or lake view resisdence by country height..are quite decent.. while others development are more focusing to condo/service apartment/soho..

Else you can consider a town that near to cyberjaya, Equine Park/Bandar putra permai, there is plenty of landed house that is new or old.. which was just 10-20 mins to cyberjaya if not heavy jam.. amenities nearby was giant/jusco..

Garden Residence by MahSing, Setia Eco Glades by Sp Setia, Symphony Hills by UEM, Summer Glades by Suntrack, Mirage of the lake by OSKP, and MyDiva.

If not so urgent, then can think about Sejati by Paramount, Cristal Villa by VillaMas, Lake Point Residence by Yan Jian, Mansion Park by Country Heights, Ceria by Setia Haruman, Lakefront residence, Areca By Nadayu....

Landed are more reasonable and vp in stages. Also units are not many for each phase or proj.

Really not bad, but air corn not cold enough...

Yeah, air con not cold enough. In the morning, I saw more chinese walking around. Then by lunch time, it was a good mix.

Some of the tenants unable to open today. But most plan open business by tomorrow or this weekend. Then some target is by next week.

Heard that RHB will open branch there. But haven't see any yet. Now still didn't see any ATM machine inside the mall. Mall management should quickly get all of it.
Start see quite lot of ppl playing ice skating. Even jewelry shop like Poh kong, wah chan also opned there.

Size does matter, and they did better. Like it.

If these shoppers dun come to IOI City Mall, where will they go?
The effect is very straight forward
I think Alamanda, IOI Mall, MV and Sunway will be the 1st to feel the heat

went there around 8.30pm.. quite easy to park the car (near the restaurants). but it still quite dusty and messy at ground car park.

inside the Mall , i still can smelt some dust but better than Paridgm Mall that i been just few days after they were open

very bad if air cond no cold.enough.
most people go shoping and enjoy chill effect..
this weekend, you will see the crowd complaint and sweating there
