Any possibility for IOIPG to spin of tis Mall into a REIT later?

Hardly cant ignore this mall. Locate next to prominent highway. Location sibeh good. Very easy access from highway. No need drive deep deep in. Almost a must passby for people from putrajaya to kl or kl to putrajaya. Or go airport. No need lrt or Mrt already sibeh Ong. Tak macam some mall even with lrt, Ktm all Sampai also cannot Ong.

The position very macam midvalley. Midvalley stand at the throat of kl and pj. This iOi City mall stand at the throat of putrajaya and south klang valley. Lagi wait the surround mature macam Midvalley. IOi city mall will be Lagi powerful.

I think the mall will be even better if manage to bring in fashion tenants like tommy, Zara. forever 21,MNG, top shop etc.

funny although got many fnb tenants the fashion ones seems to be a bit lacklustre for its sheer size n standard.. btw, i always see some construction like 300-700m away, is that connexion? looks like a few floors already tenant mix here is nothing to shout about (other than homepro n index) but the crowds here

You think Annexion's shops which are open for sale now can invest in view of the fact that the mall is doing so well? Not cheap though. I think the price is almost double that of Ecohill's Taipan2 shops. Guess cannot compare as Taipan2 was selling cheap then and no chance to buy. Annexion vs phase 2 shops of Ecohill, which is a better bet in term of ROI? Never been to IOI Putrajaya mall. Must check it out....

but parking macam expensive,

last sunday went in 3 hours plus plus, after went to tesco to check out the parking card, still have to pay rm3.

went to this mall..okayla.i like the homepro.index living sells cheap looking furniture though.a lot of broken items shown as display.the furniture smells like from normal kedai perabot.still dont like the parking.no proper sign where the hell is the elvator/escalator.i parked in A.have to stroll round and round for quite a while to find the thing.

Phone no network. Cannot make call , SMS in this high tech mall.

Not sure but its quite far from ioi city phase 1... phase 2 mall is closer to connexion?? for shops near malls it mus be as close as possible to get d spillover footfall.. Cant compare normal shoplot n hybrid ones near mall (correct me if im wrong)..

parking here is extremely confusing n time consuming too..

that area is not so "safe" nowadays, multiple incidents happened in last 2 weeks

Good crowd, I thought somebody said closed shop already... Because when they first open, ppl said will only crowded for few months after that gone... But I see from the picture... It looks more crowded than I went earlier...

actually i like this mall..have mixture of branded and normal merchandise...
went there when they 1st open..damn crowded and jammed but still going till now..
the only downfall is the entrance to car park...still confused which entrance to use and their premier parking is too small
