You think Annexion's shops which are open for sale now can invest in view of the fact that the mall is doing so well? Not cheap though. I think the price is almost double that of Ecohill's Taipan2 shops. Guess cannot compare as Taipan2 was selling cheap then and no chance to buy. Annexion vs phase 2 shops of Ecohill, which is a better bet in term of ROI? Never been to IOI Putrajaya mall. Must check it out.... tenant mix here is nothing to shout about (other than homepro n index) but the crowds here
