Long time didn't go ioi city mall

Nu sentral mall has a few bad designs.
1. Jialat Escalator safety issue.
2. If u aware the walkway on high floor sibeh sempit. Some corridor walkway at high floor only around 4 to 5ft wide. Too sempit to walk. Macam Anytime kena push will fall down.
3. Tenant arrangement also fail Liao.

went to IOI mall last sunday. Structure of parking area is freaking terrible. You won't be able to remember where you park your car unless you remember the code stated on the pillar.
Saw a lot of window shoppers walking around without buying anything (and some with single plastic bag). Quite a number of shop i saw no customer inside the shop. Not a good sign for business to sustain. And so many unknown shop/brand which as a shopper I feel like "what the h3ll are these kind of shops sitting around here". I don't feel like walking in a megamall at all.

Maybe the management's idea when IOI opened last year was to ensure all lot is open by then by offering lower rental rate to those unknown shop/brand.

Some forumer here bash alamanda. At least I can find a lot of stuff there and know what to expect. Though the size is much smaller, more stuff (used by human) can be found there. Car park also much simple and straightforward.

U should have posted this comment earlier in the forum bro so that I can highlight this "defects" to the big boss bro last week!

IOI city mall is the worst shopping mall in klang valley, no attractions, sibeh far, tenants sucks!!!!

Frankly speaking, I will not go there for second time. People go there because of it is new and big.

What to do. Second class management mindset. If Let Mv, Sunway team or capitaland management it. Sure better. Coz all this are strong regional mall players.

Number of Residential blocks upon launching: 2 (Block C & Block D)


· 750 sqf (RM700 per sqf), 2 Rooms/ 2 Baths = RM525, 000.00

· 950 sqf (RM680 per sqf). 2+1 Rooms/ 2 Baths = RM646, 000.00

· 1, 200 sqf (RM650 per sqf) 3 Rooms/ 3 Baths = RM780, 000.00

Really that bad? Went there lasr weekend watched movie, the crowd still a lot, eventhough parking fee is expensvie, and many shops opening, PPL not only window shopping, lots of PPL really spent the money to buy things,...toys r us, living index, Tesco are crowded...

The super rich doomdoom sapu expensive here and there add living in few million villa drive ferrari to IOI City mall complain FEW RM parking fees expensive???

Expensive for 700m to the mall but small size n if 2nd room is big, then should be doable..

As far as my report goes, many ppl are shopping here n the tenants are doing well. In the intial stage, some tenants made so much profits!

A lot of land can build many apartments n some office also.. really need MRT to bring ioi city area to another lever..

Yeap but u should walk 700m la n see how far.. i usually prefer those 50m to 300m..

Wait for phase 2 of the mall. Distance should be nearer.
