IOI is offering 2X of the market price to grab the 37% stake, lease remaining 40 years, it seems not a good deal to acquire, but definitely there is a hidden agenda between these 2 giant corporations.

IMHO, it will fail unless they have pre leased anchor tenants. They can only target medium sized companies from kajang, bangi etc to relocate there.. don't see that strong of opis demand esp with an opis oversupply looming.

i dont think taiwan finance is that solid, the almost perfect president Super Ma also grumbler down. mainly due to low salary wages.

if you noticed, nite market is a survival kits for most local there. Without nitemarket, those city hunter just barely afford to live there. You can check how hard for them to get a own home in city.

Taiwan a lot natural disaster. mainly bad weather and humid all year round. this affect the FDI.

I have never heard any of my boss saying, lets do business in taiwan.
