In Malaysia, malls serve as a shopping center, playground and park. Offers a wholesome treatment for everyone from singles to family. Success factor of malls are size, shopping choices "playground and park" factors. Playground and parks are important and it comes with convenience that you don't need to tapau sandwiches for picnic, you buy, sit back and relax. Benches are clean and it comes with services.
Malls also provides free entertainment to cuci mata, exercise for walking around and aircon even if you don't buy anything.
These Playgrounds and parks operates extended hours till 10pm. Almost mosquitoes free except for the outdoor.

Competition of Malls getting intense. Success and survivability will be the order of the day. Clearly not all will succeed. I wonder what will happen to fail malls overtime.
