ya this mall is very good d for the south but i feel that their tenants are really the standard ones u can find anywhere.. Thumbs up to Midvalley for the excellent tenant mix, primarily their FnB tenants..

Exactly what I felt.

The empty space/void to shop ratio is too big.

I mean they left too much unnecessary space here and there. The floors tall centre atrium in front of the water park there also not feeling right IMO.

I do agree that a mall should be spacious enough so the visitors will feel more comfortable, but what IOI City Mall did is neither right. I think they may be planning on adding more stalls at those places, but I afraid even then it will still had many empty space left. I also hope they won't become another Sungai Wang or Time Square...

Also, I hadn't yet see a signature distinct characteristics (design, architecture, interior and so on) of it from other mall other than its strategic location.

And it's current carpark routing is a mess. Also the entrance a little too small and sharp for some cars.

Hope they can improve on those in long run.

That's what I felt too.

So big, so spacious but still the feel aren't right.

May be wait till it mature first.
