Like others mention, there are not that many mall options for people from Putrajaya, Bangi, Kajang and surrounding areas to go to. Alamanda is already crowded and people from these areas need to travel to midvalley to enjoy a big mall. I see huge potential for this mall.
Btw the asking price for Puteri Palma condo I see in Iproperty is now 550 - 600 + psf. Crazy. Any other condo nearby the area? |
