2days call me back, said i mostly use after midnite. Dafuq? I have unifi at home, y should i use this slow speed broadband until running out quota?

actually you can login into self care account and monitor your daily usage...
as for the account, the account not fixed with the device S/N or MAC address... only need to update the yes ID and password at the huddle setup page so that huddle is associate with your account... maybe other device also use same login as yours maybe device that wrong serial number before... go change your password at self care website and update your password in huddle setup page...
I agree that you should change your yes ID password and also the huddle password. You can check if the yes ID is registered to your name.
You can also install Yes Life apps to your Android or iPhone to make calls or receive SMS either via the huddle or other WIFI. You can also check your account balance.
