I never bothered with the hu manual. Because well.. its an android..
Are u sure u are on the mp3 tab of the media player? Three buttons at the top center.. left most is mp3.. center is video, rightmost is photo.. center and right tabs will display the message once the handbrake is released. The mp3 shouldn't.  Would b great if u could capture a picture of the said error. And also ur aoftware version in the car settings screen.

Since ver 7.26 has a file explorer, is it not possible to transfer it via bluetooth or copy paste it to the sd card, then opening the SD card on the PC?

the turbo spools right from engine start..

the advertised 2k-4k rpm is when the engine is making the claimed torque.. meaning the turbo is getting enough exhaust gas flow to make enough boost.

below 2k rpm, the turbo does not have enough exhaust gas to spool it, leading to a vacumm state like n/a engines...
