So if change door is only around 300-500, I might consider pay my own.
Coz if claim dy will got rekod in insurance kompany.
Then, in your next renewal there might be an additional clause (I forget the term), saying that if you claim insurance for car repair, the first RM XXX will be borne by owner.

Can claim, OD(Own Damage) but need to report police say you sendiri langgar tiang inside Super Kinta kapak. Or, play dirty. Go report police without notifying the other party, write report as you're driving by Super Kinta, itu lori reverse sampai langgar kereta saya. Then you wait 2 weeks until police report is out, saman awarded to other party, then u go back to your own insurance company and file ODKFK(Own Damage, Knock For Knock). Like this you don't loss your NCD. Meaning first use your own insurance to claim your own damage, then your insurance company go claim against the other party's insurance company. Becareful next year after the other party go renew insurance figured they loss NCD, don't tell them I teach u this

If the person previously already inherited 55% NCD from other car, definitely not worth to claim insurance. 2nd year FLX EXEC can still easily insure 35k. 55% NCD is about RM900 discount. Not to mention owner gotta suffer another 4 years extremely careful driving, and paying less-discounted premium in order to get back the 55% NCD.

If owner is a fresh grad, first year drive car and in a new car, next year roadtax renewal baru 25% NCD, that's like RM300 discount nia. Faster go claim insurance liao.

Suspension warranty at most also 1 year only. What else will strut bars affect?

Cld anyone (who stays near a tyre shop or knows a fren in a tyre shop) pls help me 2chk if Goodyear Duraplus 185/60R14 tyres come with Sidewall stated 2b of 1 or 2 Polyester plies?
Feel kinda strange 2hv different tyres of same make/model being embossed with such a clear discrepancy...

Yr kind & helpful act wld b most appreciated.

When u 'push up', it might tighten others area as well, that's why the noise not necessary come out from there.

And yes, SC won't help to solve the rattle noise, becos almost every Saga have different rattle noise, means it was a feature for Saga, SC won't help to remove 'feature' geh...

Anyway, just try to DIY urself, i myself dismantle nearly everything from the dashboard to solve the noise, not one time only, but many times, have trial and error, but end up is a satisfaction result.

Seriously, i'm one of them. It sound's like the rattle is come from center dash near the windscreen, but when you press it or hold it, the noise still there. Finally using my sub to blast and found the noise source.

Another place is cabin room light cover, it rattle sounds like the noise is coming from behind.

Remember those rattle is caused by low frequency vibration which come from tyre and road contact, using sub to find out the rattle solve is one of the good way.

I mean this is quite unacceptable if said FLX SV MT got different meter cluster and gearbox, this is clear discrepancy without any reason. Not to say old meter and old GB is suck, but when user buy a new car which clearly stated FLX, at least outlook should be same no matter is MT or CVT. Now even worst is the new batch of SV MT is same as FLX MT.

UPDATE :

Me juz back fr tyre shop where me got the GY Duraplus...
After showing the discrepancy, the owner told me afahk & then showed me 14" passenger tyres hv only 1 sidewall ply...even the 14" Michs he had in his shop!!
Then we chk-ed another new Duraplus & it was also 1 ply.

As he was also juz as curious, he took off 1 by 1 of my car's new Duraplus & chked the reverse/inner sidewall embossed info.

Guess what?

The ones with info of 1 sidewall ply had same 1 ply info on their inner walls....
Best was when we chked the tyres with info of 2 plies on outer sidewalls...they had info of ONLY ONE (1) sidewall ply!!

So...what conclusion can one make here?

YOU tell me...

ps. Wonder wat the Supervisors/QC ppl @factory are doing?
