from the FB photos it looks like Sunsuria developer... i'm not sure if they are sharing the same lake & parit awam though..

visited this condo recently. nice condo but EXTREMELY low occupancy. looking at BJ and the location, this is going to suffer like renai and suria.

Was around the area and noticed skyz has renamed to renai
Finishings looks good and classy
There's even a show unit on site so went to take a look and really liked it

Btw since this thread is on radia,
IMO radia retails has no USP at all
I prefer the retail lots adjacent to suria and skyz/renai

Which to me then makes suria and skyz/renai a value buy compared to radia

majority of commercial n even high-rise in BJ struggle. Radia renai / skyz and Syria are no different.

Dunmo sunsuria commercial in setia alam can survive or not........

No doubt the ras lamblas thingy is the USP for radia residential

But for the retails, I just think that the retails next to suria/skyz has a nicer concept with ponds/water feature and spacious relaxed feel

Btw it looks as tho radia retails are free for all with no central management

How is this place doing now? Anyone living there already? Earlier this month I visited the sales gallery, price for the 879sqft unit selling at 482k after discount.

price drop so much since launching. Expected based on my analysis previously.

if wanna buy for ownstay, wait for the mega sale in March and then can enter. if about 450k is not bad for ownstay.

My god. This fail project also can get award?
