hi all,

just wanna check how is Radia doing now in terms of its occupancy rate for both the residential and commercial units? it's been quite sometime since ive visited there.. is the place become more lively as compared to last year?

it is a peaceful area- just too peaceful.

as for auction, could be bulk purchase ba, many investor also want to sell after figure out the rental is very low here. Radia is not the worse - there is Renai which is prolly worse

thank you for the updates.. i do agree it's quite a peaceful and it's great for families ..

probably UEM & Sime Darby wanted to create a unique experience in BJ. sweat.gif

but it's surprising to know the low occupancy rate as there aren't many unit available for sale/rent on property platforms.
