Operasi pemeriksaan tapak binaan pada 13/09/16 di Jln U8/100, Bkt Jelutong, Sek U8, Shah Alam. Tapak binaan Syarikat Anjur Impian Sdn Bhd telah diarahkan tutup 14 hari kerana terdapat 3 tempat pembiakan nyamuk.
1 Notis telah dikeluarkan untuk kesalahan pembuangan kumbahan / sisa najis ke dalam parit awam.
