Yep I'm using Nova Launcher.
Icon pack and wallpaper is Nox
Clock is Zooper widget.

Knox is NOT a feature of Android. It is a Samsung enhancement of Android for paranoid enterprise types (of which there are plenty, including Uncle Sam). Knox may or may not be in 4.3 for Note 2/S3.

I suggest u install cerberus app. if your phone is rooted you can flash the app integrate it with the rom.so no matter how many times the thief do factory reset/wipe u can still haunt/track your phone.   unless he flash the phone with new rom then gone case la. but if you are lucky u might be able to recover your phone. the license for 5 device is 4.99 usd iinm. very reasonable for the service it offers

There is knox app but no new bootloader so there is NO voiding of knox warranty in the leak version. (plus my warranty only left less than a month.  )

You will.get all sort of error/problem if not flashing the full firmware that include new bootloader. Such as lost of wifi features or no data network.

One possible way is flash custom 4.3 roms but need to keep on using custom rom after that.

The leak memang got no bootloader and its been flashed by most people including dr. ketan without any issues. Everything works just that it still lack feature and apps from note 3.
