I think wanam is working to implement some of the functions that are not working. The module might work well for android 4.2 or lower but maybe not our note 2 yet. I guess we'll just have to wait.

Rooting is just fine. Safe or not it is just the risk that you take to root your phone. So far i dont see anyone here have problem after rooting their phone. You will encounter problems when you want to flash an older modem if you are running DME6/DMF2.

Do check first page on how to root your phone. So many methods. Just choose whichever suits you. Happy rooting.

If you are thinking of doing dirty flashing then you can still retain all your apps.

If you are doing a clean install then i suggest you buy titanium backup or any other backup app to make backups of your existing apps and restore them after you flashed.

New micro simcard or 'potong' old sim card? How about the coverage at your area or it can happen just anywhere?

Restart occasionally. Twice in 3 weeks could be coverage problem. Im not sure. Myb can ask fruitie about the coverage around kl. Im not a digi user.

Only n7105 uses LTE. I think in msia mostly AP sets have LTE. Few pages back I saw someone posted there are shops selling
sme sets with LTE function.

I got FC while adding google account but not a big deal. Still managed to add the account. Everything works fine. Other than that like what ttky said page buddy not working. Not that it really matters.

I think page buddy doesnt work eventhough you flash gapps. Cant complain much though. What can we expect from a leaked rom.

No worries. We will be getting 4.3 update next month. Hopefully.

Do u know how to enable quick control for the 4.3 browser. I don't see labs in the browser settings.

Btw the browser is smoother compared to the browser in wanam mi6.

There is an alternative where you can put in 4.1.2 browser apk and be able to use the QC in 4.3 roms. Saw it in xda but havent tried it yet. Maybe tonite.
