Got a call from my brother just now saying the Note II i passed to him yesterday has problem - Cannot registered on network. I thought it was his new Maxis micro-sim card fault/not activated yet.
 Most likely it's because I have been using custom ROMs all the while and just flashed back to stock Malaysia ROM before passing to him, so the radio might not compatible (research from Google). Thought everything from modem/radio/system will be fully flashed with PC Odin. Anyway, while reading Note II forum at XDA just now to revise the rooting method, found out about this new leaked 4.3 ROM. Since rooting is a must to solve the above problem, will just re-root it and flash the Hawkish 4.3 into it right away tomorrow. One of my favourite Note II's developers.  Yes, I faced that issue as well when I flashed to stock to send to SC but since I planned to send back to them, I didn't bother to fix the network issue.
