for XZ or XZL?

Damn, I think my XZ got water damage even when the flap are close and the water sensor still white.

Since yesterday the volume down button refuse to work and I'm stuck in safe mode.

for the safe mode you just restart your device.
turn off for 1-2 minutes and boot up again.

Hi i am new user of sony xperia z here.

i dont know why sony notify me got update for movies and walkman and after download it din`t install and left like that :-



It says ready to install and how i click also can`t install. Duno why .......

+ May i know how to check my Sony Xperia Z is the most latest software ?

Try go setting>security>tick unknown sources

Check using pc companion / sony update service

Tick already still the same. ( previously is untick )

Try refresh or restart the phone.

Just installed Sony PC Companion and updated the latest software.



But the problem of update center for Movies and Walkman applications still stuck there after it download then cannot install.



Just wanna ask u all can install the latest update for the Walkman and Movies applications as follow above software version ?

Mostly already update movie n walkman without prob.im not sure n mybe software conflict or some app make it disable.do u install other movie player n muzik player?if so, try uninstall first n try again

Just notice that the apps just updated and i go settings > apps > all > walkman / movies check the software number is the latest.

About the update center maby is a bug or something that keep says ready to install.

Anyway Xperia Z is quite a good phone and may i know how is u all punya battery life. Can use the whole day , few days , or few hour only .......

yeah.... just finish update my phone to lastest version.. took very long.. 4hour haha o,O.... feel abit smooth then old version... hope 4.3 also come soon.. hahaha.. keep it work hehe

Used ZL few days, I felt ZL abit slow, maybe S800 too fast? lol

Btw, ZL is another best phone I used.

Hi guys, am a XZ C6603 here. I would like to know if u guys have any problem same with me. First of all, my XZ battery is quite fast drained in a day. Checked on my battery usage with stamina mode on, it only showed 3days ++ with stamina mode on at 100% battery, and the battery drained quite fast even just touch touch and sliding the screen.

stamina mode depends heavily on your usage. it only estimates how long it would last.
for the battery drain, what apps are you leaving open?

i nvr left any apps open as i used the apps killer to close all the apps before i lock my phone screen.. stil it drained quite fast whenever i open my screen to resume any activities

screen time is how long?

For me normal usage can last early morning until 10-11pm.but still depend usage. Dont expect more.still goog for me.
If u think batt drain quite fast, try to calibrate the batt.drain until zero/phone shutdown, then fully charge.
If drain fast after major update, its normal.this is os fully running to update the system.
If my statement wrong, please advice.
