Morning.
Anybody ever try?
Of course there's diet and exercise involved.
The tea is just a supplement to crunch the fat.

yea, mmu melaka has one of the best gyms around if you compare it with other colleges or unis in malaysia. no power rack or squat rack though and most of the bigger seniors are gone, especially the big indian guy kalai.

Oh damn. I work out in my uni gym too. I'm currently residing in Malacca but i'm a KLite. Yeah, so i hear about MMU gym. Pretty good. I just don't understand the concept of a gym not having a power rack, neither does mine.
It's ironic, even the big fitness centres in KL like FF,CF, TF can afford 3-5 Smith machines but can't even get one rack. I have to drive all the way to Ohm gym in Batu Berendam for my squat day. It pisses me off. Maybe we'll meet up one day, i've already met pizzaboy. And yeah, about ELS, lol, I guest trained in Celeb Fitness before. It's funny. If a person's already big, he doesn't need to let his arms hang by his side. It's pretty easy to discern who has ELS and who has not. I don't think you like your housemate very much. lol, I thought I made it clear enough. he's a 2 faced scumbag.
our gym is in charged by a former police officer who only do standing body english bicep curls and pec decks. so, i guess that's why there's no power rack there. I'll take a few pics of mmu's gym 2 weeks later (it's the hols now) and post it up here for your viewing pleasure. Never been to any "fitness centres" before though I would like to cuz I hear all the time about it being saturated with chicks during the weekends. Where do you stay in Melaka? Might wanna check out Datuk Wira Gan Boon Leong's gym though, very very nice gym. |

Pretty good stuff there, old solid basic equipment, reminds me of old school style bodybuilding. No pwoer rack. Too far though. I'm somewhere at Bukit Baru. Ohm gym at Batu Berendam is more convenient for me (with power rack too). Lol, standing body english bicep curls. I call them lower back cleans. |

QUOTE(Raikkonen @ Jun 10 2006, 09:40 AM) Hey bro. Bodybuilders eat more. Hell of a lot more than the average person. 3 average meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner with smaller meals in between totalling 7-8 times a day. You need to supply your muscles with a constant source of protein to encourage positive nitrogen balance. Never skip breakfast, never skip supper. Nutrient timing is important. Some proteins last longer than others so it's wise to choose what you eat before you sleep. |

burn more meaning, i've a high metabolic rate.
So it's like the food I take, it burns off quick. Oily slippery sloppy burgers at 2Am and sleep at 2.30AM, and I'll burn that off quick. However, it also equals to me, having a tough time gaining weight. But can one lar, can gain weight one. Now at 70Kg's thx to darklite's advice. Aimin at 75. |
