haha, guys stop making this thread a flaming zone. Back to the topic: yes, i've tried exercise + diet + chinese green tea to loose weight, it's very effective and no side effect. I drink a cup of tea everyday, it helps u to relax. I just buy those rm10-20 type of chinese green tea, havent tried those expensive tea tongue.gif. But remember it's "Chinese Green Tea", other tea type i not guarantee the effect.
*
Cool it guys.
Thanks for the comments.
Exercise is the best way.
I just need a little supplements.
Seems that the fat around the belly is so hard to shed.
Done situps and joging (30 minutes per day).
Maybe weight training would help.
Different people, different metabolism...right?

Can tell me the brand name ar?
Where to buy?

I just found out that Celyon Tea is actually those BOH tea... =="
*
Yeah.
Where ya?
Please tell me.
BOH tea? laugh.gif laugh.gif

Oh damn. I work out in my uni gym too. I'm currently residing in Malacca but i'm a KLite. Yeah, so i hear about MMU gym. Pretty good. I just don't understand the concept of a gym not having a power rack, neither does mine.
It's ironic, even the big fitness centres in KL like FF,CF, TF can afford 3-5 Smith machines but can't even get one rack. sad.gif
I have to drive all the way to Ohm gym in Batu Berendam for my squat day. It pisses me off.
Maybe we'll meet up one day, i've already met pizzaboy. And yeah, about ELS, lol, I guest trained in Celeb Fitness before. It's funny. If a person's already big, he doesn't need to let his arms hang by his side. It's pretty easy to discern who has ELS and who has not. I don't think you like your housemate very much. wink.gif
*
You guys are luck have free gym.
Is there a way to do weight training at home?
I only have a dumbell at home..
And an exercise ball.

I think The Rock does not eat supplements that other bodybuilders eat right?
That's why his muscle is not as big as a bodybuilder.
I wish to be like Bruce Lee...skinny but strong and muscular.

Or 1GM of protein per pound of bodyweight. Or have you went up to 2GMS darklite?
That feller eat a lot of oats, lean meat, tuna, milk, chicken.
Hehe, once we went for dinner and he envies the way I eat. Like dude, I eat huge but I burn fast. No choice ler.

And bodybuilders eat more, much more.

burn more meaning, i've a high metabolic rate.
So it's like the food I take, it burns off quick.

Oily slippery sloppy burgers at 2Am and sleep at 2.30AM, and I'll burn that off quick. However, it also equals to me, having a tough time gaining weight. But can one lar, can gain weight one. Now at 70Kg's thx to darklite's advice. Aimin at 75.
*
I see.
70kg?
How tall are you?

I'm 171cm..71kg.
Wish to be 63kg..ideal for me.
