I think its more that they advocate truthtelling in advocating strategies for healtheir lifestyles rather than ways to lose weight or being crazy about gyms and working out. At the very least they are more credible in that they are not pushing their products. If u are lazy and u don't exercise and u lose weight u aren't being healthy. Thats the bottom line. U are jeopardising your health; if you want to do that fine, don't advocate it for other people. Thats all.

aight fatso...
show me a pic, prove it to us that you did have a transformation
now show us 1024*786 pics, not 100x150 pics, we need to see details.

and dont' try posting a fat model's picture before, and a slim miss thailand photo after, we ain't blind unlike those people selling and using Herbalife .

calling someone a fatso. that's pretty uncalled for. so you're pretty proud of yourself, huh? i've seen your pics. you're an ectomorph. you can hardly get fat. you're dealt a better set of cards so now you decided to run around and discriminate everyone's who's lesser than you. all the power to you, musclehead. you give gym goers like me and my peers a bad name.

haha, guys stop making this thread a flaming zone. Back to the topic: yes, i've tried exercise + diet + chinese green tea to loose weight, it's very effective and no side effect. I drink a cup of tea everyday, it helps u to relax. I just buy those rm10-20 type of chinese green tea, havent tried those expensive tea tongue.gif. But remember it's "Chinese Green Tea", other tea type i not guarantee the effect.

Why? U a meso? Goodie. I'm ecto, I'm pretty proud of it and I'm able to flip quite well (I still scrape when I do aerial summersaults though....) and climb pretty fast.

okay maybe i shudn't call her fatso, i had no idea what she looked like anyway.
She really pissed me off when she sent me spam message about a 40% off discount thing when I wasn't interested. That's why I hold such a grudge.

no hard feelings, bro. that crude remark remind me of my full of himself lowlife ******* of a housemate who likes to make fun of everyone (especially the fat chicks).

i see you're from mmu melaka too, so if you wanna check this housemate of mine out go to the gym on any of the non members hours session at 4pm and look for a fair skinned skinny chinese in sleeveless shirt with imaginary lats syndrome.

yea, mmu melaka has one of the best gyms around if you compare it with other colleges or unis in malaysia. no power rack or squat rack though and most of the bigger seniors are gone, especially the big indian guy kalai.

Oh damn. I work out in my uni gym too. I'm currently residing in Malacca but i'm a KLite. Yeah, so i hear about MMU gym. Pretty good. I just don't understand the concept of a gym not having a power rack, neither does mine.
It's ironic, even the big fitness centres in KL like FF,CF, TF can afford 3-5 Smith machines but can't even get one rack. sad.gif
I have to drive all the way to Ohm gym in Batu Berendam for my squat day. It pisses me off.
Maybe we'll meet up one day, i've already met pizzaboy. And yeah, about ELS, lol, I guest trained in Celeb Fitness before. It's funny. If a person's already big, he doesn't need to let his arms hang by his side. It's pretty easy to discern who has ELS and who has not. I don't think you like your housemate very much. wink.gif

lol, I thought I made it clear enough. he's a 2 faced scumbag.

our gym is in charged by a former police officer who only do standing body english bicep curls and pec decks. so, i guess that's why there's no power rack there. I'll take a few pics of mmu's gym 2 weeks later (it's the hols now) and post it up here for your viewing pleasure.

Never been to any "fitness centres" before though I would like to cuz I hear all the time about it being saturated with chicks during the weekends. Where do you stay in Melaka? Might wanna check out Datuk Wira Gan Boon Leong's gym though, very very nice gym.

I don't go to the gym for chicks. I go there to lift, a pretty chick can walk by me naked in the middle of a lift and i don't even blink. wink.gif

I checked out Gan Boon Leong's gym a few months ago. Pretty good stuff there, old solid basic equipment, reminds me of old school style bodybuilding. No pwoer rack. Too far though. I'm somewhere at Bukit Baru. Ohm gym at Batu Berendam is more convenient for me (with power rack too).

Lol, standing body english bicep curls. I call them lower back cleans. biggrin.gif So i guess this fella's got skinny ass legs?

Cool it guys.
Thanks for the comments.
Exercise is the best way.
I just need a little supplements.
Seems that the fat around the belly is so hard to shed.
Done situps and joging (30 minutes per day).
Maybe weight training would help.
Different people, different metabolism...right?

You guys are luck have free gym.
Is there a way to do weight training at home?
I only have a dumbell at home..
And an exercise ball.

I think The Rock does not eat supplements that other bodybuilders eat right?
That's why his muscle is not as big as a bodybuilder.
I wish to be like Bruce Lee...skinny but strong and muscular.

I think he eats about 6 meals or 7 meals a day.
Or 1GM of protein per pound of bodyweight. Or have you went up to 2GMS darklite?
That feller eat a lot of oats, lean meat, tuna, milk, chicken.
Hehe, once we went for dinner and he envies the way I eat. Like dude, I eat huge but I burn fast. No choice ler.

And bodybuilders eat more, much more.
