hehe it just to show how low it can be only...

anyway there is no fair result as different room has different result base on their location and air cycle..

the temp without aircond as following:
CPU
Idle: 34 | Load: 39c

hopefully this would be helpful

Now using CoolerMaster Centurion5

intake: 1x80mm fan comes with casing

exhaust: 1x120mm fan comes with casing, 1x80mm fan (PSU).

that's all wink.gif

how's the air flow eh? i am not really sure eh but i believe that when i add one 120mm for intake at front would be improved the overall air flow. smile.gif

btw i can get as low as 54c while loading Orthos during rainy day (yesterday evening!)
*
No wonder why you're temps is damn high...
That Centrurion 5 casing is too cramped in... sweat.gif

Stupid CoolerMaster engineers uses 80MM for the intake fans, and for the exhaust, they use a 120MM fan, that makes the airflow go negative, think, how can you get a good airflow when the intake fans is much much smaller than the exhaust?

The grills do help a lil bit in the airflow, but, it's just some lil numbers... sweat.gif

so which casing that you rec?
i thinking of get a new one...
*
Find a casing that is built on 100% Aluminium, then look at the intake and exhaust blowhole, make sure that it's on the same size... smile.gif

Such as, Intake 120MM, exhaust 120MM that will do... rclxms.gif

get 1 high performance 80mm fan which cfm equivalent to the stock 120mm exhaust
*
And that will result to a noisy setup...
I wouldn't recommend that, it's not practical, who want's a noisy setup anyway?

Even if there guys that don't care how noisy his setup is, that's because he doesn't fall in love in silent setup yet...

Once he fall in love in silent setup, there's no turning back, he'll want to make his pc to be zero Db.. icon_rolleyes.gif

Did you guys notice something in that review?
The reviewer just uses an aluminium XP90, not XP90C that is copper...

So this means that the stock amd heatsink for the Opteron 165 can cope with the XP90...

Wow, if only i can get that heatsink for my X1800 wub.gif

LOL, i juz fit it in
wish i had a digicam now to snap pic

at 1st, was using my ACryan 80mm, but it doesnt cover the whole fins, thus giving a ~2C higher reading at load
even cheapo icute fan gave a good result
maybe i should save some monies n get vantec 120mm biggrin.gif
*
Yaa, but, how did you mount it? blink.gif
Really curious, the metal cable can support 120MM fan ka? shocking.gif

Err?
Why? blink.gif

I've been using vantec fans for all time, and i thought that the Vizo is the same with Vantec, and to me, those Vizo @ Vantec fans should give more CFM compared to the Icute fans... rolleyes.gif

Why did you say that it's nothing better than the icute? shocking.gif

coz my coreTemp/Speedfan shows otherwise
the temp of my proc on load stays the same 48/49 (in fact icute maintains at 48 while vizo fluctuates at +-49)
n i changed the fan w/o shutting off the pc
*lol fanless for a minute

Now that explains smile.gif
