I've been using this phone for a week now. Have to admit the design is superb with super slim bezel comparable to LG G2. Its the lightest, smallest for 6'inch device.
Battery wise, non-stop using I can easily get between 7.5 - 8.5 hours of Screen On Time. However during standby mode, the SOT will be around 5.5 hours. For comparison, on Fonepad Note 6 I can only get around 4 - 5 hours of SOT, max.
Alcatel still needs to work on the standby mode.
Stock launcher is smooth, but when I tried using Next Launcher 3D it really lags, downside of Mediatek Chip. Even Fonepad Note 6 with Intel Chipset can handle Next Launcher smoothly. Im starting to like the stock launcher now due to transparent notification, makes the bezel looks even thinner.
Conclusion, very happy with the slim design and long-lasting battery. On working days it will easily go on 2-3 days without charging. So far it never lags cuz I just use it for light gaming and moviesss, although Mediatek, but still a quadcore
Most importantly, for the spec that I get, its damn cheap wei
