Just got my VP. What you see in show unit is not what you get. Think twice before buying. VP released but lift lobby not ready, only 1 out of 3 lifts is working and the common area not fully completed yet.

Potential buyers beware. i was quite disappointed.

Same here. I am very upset to see the aircond compressor hang on Yard Ceiling. How to put washing machine and clothes there when water is dripping down. I cant even install light bulb since it covered by the compressor.

The Master room not enough space to fit king size bed too vs what Agent told us. The kid pool is like a fish pond and dangerous with shape edges next to it.

On top of that, VP team is inexperienced and giving me lousy service during key hand over. Many thing they are not sure and not able to answer.

Even reputable develop like this also can deliver this kind of quality. I am really not sure how to buy my next property next time. Can the government do something to protect buyer who spent all their hard earn money?

Personally, frustrated with how it turned out. The corridor on my floor has leftovers of construction materials, wrappers. Viewing deck on my floor is still not cleaned. Lift lobby on my floor is often not well lit.

However, most of my defects have been repaired in a timely manner. And I've been receiving many calls from potential tenants for viewing.

Not too bad after all with the demands but still quite disappointed.

a partial furnished unit is not going to be able to command such rent in this location with the amount of supply in midtown itself.

Lets wait for a few months and see if a seventeen scenario happens here.

Submitted the form on 14 January. Completed 29 January. Now, I’m asking them to install the lights, fans - it’s taking quite some time due to the festive season.

Electrical appliances like TV, fridge, washing machine is taking a while to arrive.

Hence, taking this opportunity to paint the unit, install a grill.

Are you planning to stay / rent?

I wanted to make a grill for the front door entrance and I asked the management for their required specs but they don't have any units that have already done it. They just gave an architect design that's black and white. Quite disappointing. When you're talking to them, seems like they don't know what they're supposed to advice as well.

I'm about to do mine. I'll engage a contractor that did the grill for my house in Tropicana Metropark. You got the design yet? I can fwd it to you.
