wah remember my friend used to work as their SA 4 years back. untill today stil got developer's unit. wonder why the sales so slow heavyduty liked this post

guessing this will struggle from both rental and subsale perspective. 700+ units. wonder how jaya resi and centrestage is performing.

Just got my VP. What you see in show unit is not what you get. Think twice before buying. VP released but lift lobby not ready, only 1 out of 3 lifts is working and the common area not fully completed yet.
Potential buyers beware. i was quite disappointed. |
