Pacific star better or pj midtown better?

Pj Midtown better.. build by 3 reputable developers, downstair got F&B, 5min walking distance to Jaya 33, low entry cost.

Buy it now before the surrounding areas converted to commercial area.

Brunsfield International Group. Heard they having a lot overseas projects and doing very well.

ok, would you choose LV or Gucci?

both are different branding. Appreciation would go better with the branded than those not so branded, same goes to developer.

no offend, only my 2cents nod.gif

I think many developers their sales also very slow. i think PJ Midtown slow because of the price psf reached around RM860psf. So not many people will or afford to buy. but for those who afford or bought, surely they are towards to mid income people or above. At least with these owners, u no need to worry about they will throw rubbish from the upper level.. i mean at least most of them will follow the rules. thats y buy a service apartment with high psf than those maybe less than RM500k. less hectic and live peacefully. Just my 2cents.

Just got my VP. What you see in show unit is not what you get. Think twice before buying. VP released but lift lobby not ready, only 1 out of 3 lifts is working and the common area not fully completed yet.

Potential buyers beware. i was quite disappointed.

but from my understanding, the previous SA told me is not what you get from the show unit. Actual unit will be different. i think you better check back to your SA who sold the unit to you.
