My client just share with me one interesting point, how come Sime Darby and IOI will JV? Normally both of them build their own project. Something that worth to think about right?

Was comparing PJ Midtown vs Icon City. From investment point of view, Icon City has higher visibility. Any dai gor and guru here mind to comment??

with all these new property development, the traffic in PJ is going to be really bad. Current traffic light system in Sec 14 and Sec 13 area can barely handle the heavy traffic during peak hour time.
